Skye’s Pilates classes are fabulous and fun! I have been doing them since she started at Roseville and find them wonderful for keeping me fit and using muscles I didn’t realise I had! She works us hard but is careful to offer modifies versions of each exercise for those who need it. Recently I started her Dance classes which are challenging in a different way – great exercise for the brain as well as the body, following the rapidly changing movements (with lots of laughter!). I recently turned 80 but feel much younger, and I’m sure my years of Pilates have been a big contributor to that.
