Have An Initial Movement Assessment

Meet us in person for your 1-1 initial assessment. This will help educate you on your own body and Principles’s of Pilates based movement and determine the most appropriate classes for your goals and lifestyle. Plus it gives you a chance to decide whether we’re right for you!

Book Into Your First Class

We can sign you up for your first class and then you decide to move with us once or twice (or more!) per week and enjoy moving your body with us.

Classes

Pilates

We provide quality Pilates based functional strength and mobility classes, designed to improve balance and coordination. Giving you a true understanding of what “Core” is and how to use it. Teachers are highly qualified and have been trained by Physiotherapists.

Yoga

Our yoga classes are designed to improve mind to body connection with breath control at its centre. Breath control is the key to calming the mind and bring clarity. Classes are gentle enough for seniors but can be made stronger by the individuals choices.

Dance

This class is a must for all the movers and shakers out there who want to move without feeling like you are attending an exercise class! This class can be taken in a chair if you need to. Our class provides opportunities for memory, coordination, balance, mobility and is an absolute blast! Oh and don’t forget the great music!

Class sizes are deliberately kept small so that each individual can receive support and feedback in every class. We provide a deeper understanding about how the mind and body are connected so you have knowledge of how to heel yourself.

Highly Skilled

Our Educators are comprehensively certified and have experience working with Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists. Ongoing learning is provided to our educators annually to make sure we are keeping up to date with current practices so we can continue to provide ‘Quality movement’ classes to all ages and stages.
