Dance and Fun

Engage body, memory, neuropathways and have FUN! Spending the first 20minutes in a chair before working your way to standing, movement modality is proven to create new neural pathways in the brain. Ideal for ‘Senior’ individuals, (Or anyone wanting to move in a fun way!) Our dance class not only targets symptoms of Dementia, MS, and Parkinson’s but also enhances full-body coordination, balance, and agility while ensuring a great experience.

Not sure which class is for you? We have different levels for you to try… We cater to all abilities!

Gentle
Entry level class, level 1-2 (Ideal for new clients with no previous experience, injury support, for anyone who wants to come back to basics!)

Moderate
Multi Level class, level 2-3 (New clients welcome, good knowledge of body awareness and previous experience required, ideal for those who want to go the next level!)

Strong
Experienced level class, Level 3-4 (Pilates experience necessary, Good body awareness essential.)

All Levels – No previous experience necessary, all welcome and have fun!
