Gulumser - G! | Roseville

My journey into Pilates began as a way to reduce injury. This form of movement quickly became a personal passion, one that I fell in love with many years ago.  I am eager to contribute to clients health and wellness young and young at heart! As a devoted mother of three, I understand the importance of maintaining a balanced healthy lifestyle, and Pilates based movement has played a pivotal role in achieving this for me.

Now, I am excited to share my passion and knowledge with people far and wide, helping them discover the transformative benefits of Pilates based functional movement.
